Results: About 43.2% of the aged people has been utilizing silver facilities for more than 2 years. Also 42.1% of the respondents have been involved with various types of programs provided in the facilities about 4-5 times a week. The survey result showed that elderly people were very satisfied with the convenience of the facility environment(4.18). However, they were not satisfied with service contents and quality(3.92). Also 42.9% of the respondents consider the promotion of the facility service is the most important factor in facility selecting process.

Conclusion: The empirical study shows that most of the silver facilities were providing health promotion and rehabilitation programs. However the frequency and degree of satisfaction of the program were very low. This suggests a practical policy that can promote practical services for the beneficiaries is necessary.
